How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Most custom orders are delivered within 5 to 12 days after your fabric confirmation. Rush production is available upon request.
Do you offer free fabric swatches?
Yes! You can order up to 8 free fabric swatches per household so you can feel the texture and see true colors under your own lighting.
What if my measurements are wrong?
Our customer care team offers complimentary re-make guidance. Simply reach out within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Can I get help choosing the right style?
Absolutely. Book a free Design Consult Service and our stylists will curate fabrics, headers, and hardware tailored to your home.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, and select international regions. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
