We want custom curtains to feel simple from measure to hang. Each piece is handcrafted, and our team is here if something is wrong with workmanship.
What this covers
We stand behind manufacturing quality on custom curtains and shades sold on XullGu.com. If a product has a workmanship defect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it.
What this does not cover
- Normal wear, fading from sun, or changes from humidity
- Damage from incorrect measuring, installation or cleaning
- Color difference that could have been checked with a swatch
- Items marked final sale, unless we confirm a manufacturing defect
