Cancellation Policy

A short window to change your mind — then production begins.

Non-custom products

You may cancel and receive a full refund within 12 working hours after payment, provided the order has not shipped.

After the order ships we send carrier information and a tracking number. Cancellations are not available after shipment.

Custom products

Custom curtains are made to order. If you ask to cancel or change the order (size, color, fabric or similar) more than 12 working hours after placing it, a 25% charge based on the product price applies.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
