Shipping Policy

Made to order, then packed and tracked to your door.

XullGu ships custom window treatments after they are made to your order. Timing depends on the product, options and destination.

Processing

Custom curtains and shades are handmade. Production begins after the order is confirmed. Please allow time for cutting, sewing and quality check before the parcel leaves our workshop.

After your order ships

Once the order ships, we send carrier details and a tracking number to the email on your order. Use that number to follow delivery.

Delivery window

The product page shows an estimated arrival window when available. Custom work and carrier delays can change the date. We will update you if there is a material change to your shipment.

Address

Please confirm the shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel that is already in transit.
