Handmade pieces, made for your window — please read this before you order.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and in the care given to every detail. Each curtain is handcrafted for you, and we work to support you throughout the order.

If something is wrong with your order, please read this policy and contact us first so we can help resolve it. Opening a dispute immediately makes it harder for us to fix the issue for you.

Please review before you order

Check all specifications carefully before checkout, including pleat style, measurements and lining. We strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches or a fabric booklet first, so you can confirm texture and color in your own light.

Made-to-order items

Custom curtains, Roman shades and blinds are made to your measurements and specifications. Because each piece is produced for you, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing quality defect.

Final sale

Some products may be marked as final sale and non-returnable, or may carry extra return limits. Please read the product page before you pay.
